Summary0009159: Self created water becomes invisible in higher z-offsets
Description

If you create own water by "createWater" then it becomes invisible and water textures are only visible in some rare angles. Issue persists in client and server side created water.

Water in height above 950 is visible always in interior 5 (Madd Dogg mansion).
