Summary0003815: Respawning whilst collisionless does not allow restoration of collisionless attribute

If you (local player) are collisionless, and respawn, collisions are restored. This is expected and should remain. However, reusing setElementCollisionsEnabled to remove collisions again fails, even though the function returns true. In order to make it work you have to reenable collisions, then disable them.

Clearly the client isnt restoring the collisioned flag on respawn, and still thinks the player is collisionless on respawn. Hence, it doesnt bother doing anything if you try setting collisionless again.

Steps To Reproduce

1) setElementCollisionsEnabled(getLocalPlayer(), false )
You will be collisionless
2) setskin x (i.e. respawn)
You will have collisions again (expected after a respawn)
3) setElementCollisionsEnabled(getLocalPlayer(), false )
This has no effect. You have to set it to "true" then "false" for it to work.
