Summary0001204: Exploded vehicles are drivable in some cases

There is a lack of sync on car states. An easy way to get this is to abuse the satchel charge desync:
-Have player 2 watch a car
-Player 1 puts satchel charge on car and detonates it
-Player 2 doesn't see explosion, enters vehicle
-Player 1 is now able to enter and drive the exploded vehicle

It is also possible for more than one (possibly all) people to see the vehicle as exploded, but I don't have a reliable method to reproduce. It occured once when I drove over a hydra in a monster and it looked like the hydra exploded (And I died). When I went back there, the hydra was fine and the monster looked blown but still made engine sounds...

The issue here is actually that we can't detect vehicles getting killed by instant explosions.
