Steps To Reproduce

create this client side ressource:

createObject(1232,1385.74109, 1526.54272, 10.81250,0,0,0)
addEventHandler ( "onClientObjectBreak", getRootElement(),
function ()
setElementFrozen( source,true )
end
)

start freeroam, sp 1385, 1537, 11
take a vehicle, crash into the lamp...

I have reported this in #8765

MTA actually recreates object if you change frozen state. I changed this behaviour in some old PR but unfortunally I didn't create own branch for this and it got deleted.
