when hit with a shotgun in a ped each pellet/fraction must be considered separately @google translate
when bullet_sync=0 no such problem and all the pellet/fractions are considered correct @google translate

now good sync for shotgun!
but i cant see few bodyparts in onClientPlayerDamage when i got damage

If all bodypart can reach 7 then why "g_iDamageEventLimit = 2;"?

tested, good, more stable. better then with 2 bodypart, but need more tests.
