Description

A single custom weapon shot seems to deal roughly as much damage as two shots from a player-wielded weapon.

Steps To Reproduce

Create and fire a custom weapon through runcode.
Shoot another player once, and compare.

For some reason there was a bullet spawned (which hit the player) AND the damage was applied to the player, resulting in double damage taken.
