Summary0008211: getPedStat desync for freshly joined players
Description

When a player joins a server, the health stat of other players isn't correctly synced. (check the screenshot)

Steps To Reproduce
  1. srun setPedStat(getPlayerFromName("player1"), 24, 999)
  2. Player 2 joins the server
  3. srun getPedStat(getPlayerFromName("player1"), 24) --returns 999
  4. Player 2 executes crun getPedStat(getPlayerFromName("player1"), 2) --returns 569
TagsNo tags attached.

peds don't sync stats at all that'd need a netcode change and I can't do any major netcode changes right now

players should work but don't

Another desync caught on Multi Theft Auto v1.4-release-6820 both server and client. http://i.imgur.com/97xBBIP.png?1?7318 Is anybody else able to reproduce this?
