Summary0008191: Frozen ped rotation goes wrong with latency reduction enabled
Description

If you spawn a ped and instantly freeze it, it's visible rotation will stick at 0, while the actual ( what getElementRotation returns ) is correct. Occurs as long as latency reduction is set to 1. Changing between 0 and 1 instantly changes the visible ped rotation.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a script file whichs:
    creates a ped with a non zero rotation, freezes the ped.
  2. start the resource
  3. run setServerConfigSetting("latency_reduction", "0", true) or 1 to see how the effect is changing.
