Summary0008024: [Tweak] Add optional edgeTolerance in getScreenFromWorldPosition instead of forced one

Some scripts would require edgeless positions e.g. if you want to create a custom arrow pointer to some part of the world regardless the camera movement. So edgeTolerance is a problem in such situations, this way it's better to make it optional.

@ccw, as wiki says, edgeTolerance is a float value, which means it's forced, but in some cases, in some scripts, it has to be disabled for full functionallity without any issues. edgeTolerance has to be optional to avoid problems while coding.

Have you tried a high edge tolerance?

Tried 10 of X size and max int value. It still returns false when out of the screen.
