Summary0007606: dxSetRenderTarget messes up all colors
Description

Using dxSetRenderTarget with a render target created with dxCreatRenderTarget causes all colors totally glitch out until there is some kind of movement in the game (camera moving or walking/driving). Even if there is movement, the screen flashes.

This only happens when you dont use dxSetRenderTarget in a render event.

I put it as a major issue, but that is not the case when i noticed that its fine as long as you make it render in onClientRender event.

Also, you can improve the quality of text drawn to a render target with dxSetBlendMode. See the example (based on your code) I just added to the wiki:
