Summary0007584: freeze deagle and shot (Shot hit animation sometimes doesn't work)
Description

The desert eagle and a shotgun ceased to freeze an enemy when hit. Please correct it, since the fast weapons such as the M4 and AK47 from a short distance against a desert eagle became invincible.

In SA:MP of the problem is not in the SA:MP weapon balance of the short distance and long distance better than the MTA.

You can do this by script!

onClientPlayerDamage + some weapon check + setElementVelocity x, y, z to 0 and/or playing some animation.

There is a test fix for this in 1.4 as of 5325

@ccw: This "fix" violates the current balance in the game, so I suggest to reject this pointless option as a freeze.
