Summary0006630: Request: ability to change sync rates
Description

The unoccupied-vehicle-sync and ped-sync of MTA is just horrible, a vehicle that is being crashed against often lags very uncontrolled and a gamemode which is based on a few empty vehicles is nearly unplayable.

In my view I can't really get the point why vehicles occupied by players are so perfectly smooth and not lagging at all, while unoccupied vehicles are just nothing in comparison and I don't think keysync is all of the answer here...

So my request: setElementHighSync, a function which applies the "same" sync to an unoccupied vehicle or a ped, as if it is a player or driven by a player.
I know you can't sync every vehicle on the server like this, but very often you only need a few special cars or peds which really need to have a good sync, so why not making a function to set an element "high-synced"?

Interesting, I'd like to see this implemented in some way too. I've been messing around with this for ages now, tried something ago with two players:

player A has vehicle on screen, he sync it. So it switches, and should they both have it on their screens, the syncer is removed. This is nowhere convenient or optimal, it's simply a way to avoid the lagging. It seems the sync for vehicles with players is already there, not sure if it's possible to port over though. If it is, there's a heap of cool stuff coming up.

Wrong Zango, vehicle always has a syncer, somebody is close to it.

What is the average server FPS? For all we know its low which is the actual problem and or its your ping.

Also if your server was updated in the past few months this helps increase server FPS which helps things go quicker:

setServerConfigSetting("busy_sleep_time", 0)
