Summary0006293: Add function to disable/enable water sound
Description

I think mta has to have some function to enable/disable water sound because lots of custom maps are build few meters above water, and its very anoying to hear the water everywhere on the map. I think it should be included in 1.1

Yes, i fully support this request, on RP servers this is really annoying (water channels in vG)!
But what about:

setWorldSoundsEnabled(<the sound you want to be enabled/disabled>, <bool>)

there is a list of annyoing sounds:

setWorldSoundsEnabled("water", <bool>)
setWorldSoundsEnabled("rain", <bool>)
setWorldSoundsEnabled("lighning", <bool>)
setWorldSoundsEnabled("wind", <bool>)
setWorldSoundsEnabled("randomshooting", <bool>)
