Summary0006259: setAttachedElementOffsets has some form of rotation bug
Description

Before revision http://code.google.com/p/mtasa-blue/source/detail?r=2871 s/getAttachedElementOffsets used radians. Everything was fine. After that patch, they are now completely broken.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Attach an object to another. Try setting any rotation, usually it works the first time, breaks afterwards.

  1. Try moving it on any axis and all rotations will be reset.
Additional Information

I've found some information about the bug... Set rotation to 10. It will probably be correct. My script gathers the old rotation and adds a new value you input to it so if I did rotate 10, it'd rotate 10. If I do then rotate 20, the end value should be 30, but it only added 10 degrees. Do rotate 30, once again only adds another 10 degrees instead of adding 30 to it and thus becoming 60 at that point. Here is my function I used that I found the bugs with.
