Summary0006236: Restarting a resource containing shaders can fail with "No valid technique"
Description

Some shaders load properly first time, but fail to load after restarting the resource it's in. I've noticed this with almost all shader examples. The only one which didn't fail to reload after resource restart, was the following:

Steps To Reproduce

Create a resource (or more of them) to load a shader on resource start. Start it, it works. Restart it, it will fail. (For my hardware at least)

Additional Information

Tested on my main PC (NVidia GTX460) and my laptop. (NVidia GTX460M) Both showed the same warning. (May be NVidia / GTX4xx related)

Restarting the resource and reconnecting to the server won't fix the problem. However, restarting MTA will.
