Summary0005888: radararea not functioning when using negative numbers for dimensions
Description

when using a negative number when setting the length or width of a radararea, it will make odd graphical glitches on the miniradar, and causes issues with scripting functions not detecting properly.
for example, this works:
local hillRadar = createRadarArea ( 92.38784790039, 1784.4426269531,300,300, 0, 55, 0, 175 )

this looks the same on the main map, but does not work properly:
local hillRadar = createRadarArea ( 392.38784790039, 1784.4426269531,-300,300, 0, 55, 0, 175 )

Perhaps we should just take negative numbers to be a syntax error..?
