This event doesnt work with rhino tanks, because the rhino is still invulnerable to gunfire, not even LUA can change this... No damage, no event triggered.
And does the fix support vehicles as attacker? (for example Hunter MG/Rockets)?

After using it yesterday, yes the attacker can be a vehicle.
