Summary 0005343: Player Weapons should be reset on spawn, not on death.
Description As it is right now, while you're dead and not yet respawned the server and client ammo count and weapons differ - the client still shows the weapons you have left while the server recognizes you as having not a single weapon.

To reproduce:

giveWeapon(player,28,1000)
killPed(player)

x executed command: getPedTotalAmmo(player,4)
Command results: 0 [number]
Executing client-side command: getPedTotalAmmo(player,4)
Command results: 1000 [number]
