Summary0005258: Drawing part of an image using dxDrawImage
Description

Would it be possible to draw just part of image using dxDrawImage? For example from image 100x100px draw just part of image 20x20px ?

dxDrawImage ( X, Y, width, height, file, startAtX, startAtY, endAtX, endAtY, ... )
where startAtX, ..., endAtY will be the area of image to draw... I included picture for better imagination: http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/124/examplex.png

This could be realy userful - own radar, own fonts, and I think that many scripters will like it same as me...

I hope that I had put it into right section

untested, but should work:

http://github.com/jte/multitheftauto/commit/3e99dab7d3057eb34f55c2133016540441e26f73
http://github.com/jte/multitheftauto/commit/8f85e35f34c600de3178ccd9c26e3c604500d474

Note: Forgot to add in commits: default startX and startY matches 0 and 0; endX and endY matches height and width of image;
