Description

When rotating along Z they are fine however.

Additional Information

An example of this can be seen in the "ferris" resource on Tweak's (spawn at 0,0,0 and start the resource twice to see textures). It uses object ID 1338 for the wheel.

The matrix was actually being updated... Just it was also being updated with tree swaying.
