Summary0003064: textures dont load for custom objects unless the object already exists and is streamed in for the player

the col and the model seem to load without the object being present, but the texture doesnt seem to want to. this is a pain for scripts that want to replace an object before the player sees it.

3082 has been fixed, and this is most likely to be fixed as well although I don't have any resource to test.

Uploaded a "modeltest" resource to Bastage and Tweak. Spawns you, loads a txd and dff, then creates the object. Reproduces this issue.

Bump! I've tested this with r10963 and it still doesn't work correctly. I think it's pretty important as it's a common question why it doesn't work in the forums.

Streaming in custom objects seems to completely unload them right now. I've seen situations where the model and col are unloaded, but almost always the col is not loaded.

I added some extra lines of code that may have an effect on this bug. Please check and test commit r534.
