Summary0003050: Extend setElementCollisionsEnabled to allow setting what to collide with
Description

This would be needed for a ghostmode in race. Right now the function applies to collision with everything: if you disable collision on vehicle it will start to float up and you can't drive anymore. For a proper ghostmode you'd need to be able to specify that the vehicle can collide with everything but other vehicles.

I don't know if this is technically possible, if not close this issue and I'll just leave out the ghostmode map setting.

This will probably get done some time, but not for release 1. You can try doing this clientside though on remote cars. They might still sync good (though you should see) and the local player won't collide with it..

Good idea, removed as child from race issues :P.
